At Ceteda, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel an order placed through our website.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped at no additional cost.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@ceteda.com with your order number.
2. Orders Already Shipped
- If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
- Instead, you will need to follow our Returns & Refund Policy once the order is delivered.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
- Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 4–7 business days after cancellation is confirmed.
4. Special Conditions
- If your order includes items that are custom-made, personalized, or marked as non-cancellable, it may not be eligible for cancellation. Any such restrictions will be clearly stated on the product page.
- Orders placed during promotional or clearance sales may not be eligible for cancellation once processed.
