DMCA and Intellectual Property Complaint Policy

Ceteda is committed to ensuring compliance with intellectual property laws and providing a platform where users can sell merchandise without infringing on the intellectual property rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, and publicity rights.

It is our policy to:

  1. Remove or disable access to content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties after receiving a valid and complete notice of infringement.
  2. Terminate accounts of repeat infringers to prevent further violations.

Filing an Intellectual Property Complaint

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed by a Ceteda user, please submit a notice of infringement to [email protected]. Your notice must include the following details:

  • Identification of the specific intellectual property being infringed (e.g., copyright or trademark) and proof of ownership (e.g., trademark registration, copyright certificates).
  • Your full contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • A good-faith statement that the content is unauthorized and amounts to infringement under applicable laws.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.

Counter-Notice Policy

If you believe the removal of your content was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice by emailing [email protected]. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Your full contact details, including your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the removed content, including the relevant URLs or campaign IDs.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • Consent to the jurisdiction of a U.S. federal court in your district (if in the U.S.) or in the district where Ceteda’s service provider is located (if outside the U.S.).
  • Consent to accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice or their agent.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, Ceteda may notify the original complainant and restore the content within 10–14 business days, unless the complainant initiates legal action within that time.
